honestly I would accept $2 cash if there was a takeover right now...certainly would not mind $3.60 though
Why would Shougang pay $3.60 for MGX while the shares are like 40cents
If I was Shougang...I would get another Chinese company to bid for a much lower price. Then once that new company gets control sign offtake with Shougang
