    Hi Snicket

While this is my strategy, it is up to each individual to decide what is best for themselves. Don't listen to the hype on these threads, look at what has happened and what is likely to happen with cvi. I moved on because I finally came to my senses. Just a pity I hadn't done so earlier.

There are a few companies around that I have found you can ride short term ups and downs. They are going down with the market and because of the dow. A couple of weeks back, there we some companies that doubled in a few days and are now back at where they were. Up and down 10-20% consistently.

Because they are quality companies they are bouncing back quickly. They are also companies I will try and accumulate shares in for the longer term as when they do bounce back they will be much higher than what they currently are.
