As a doctor, I do believe that while the results are not 100 per cent conclusive, they are very compelling. This is not just a 10-20 per cent improvements, this is something like 400-500 per cent improvement. The larger the improvement, the less data you need. Most drug trials are just aiming for 10-20 per cent improvement, and that is why they need a large trial. I won't be surprise that they stop the trial in a few weeks, because the result is too compelling, and it would be cruel to deprive other patients of this treatment (I know they have done this before). I just wish the price will come down more tomorrow, so I can put more money in.
