This looks like a good deal for ARV shareholders. Odd why so many punters here are complaining. This is a spin off not a sale as ARV retains direct and indirect interests with no need to spend cash + free carry so we will benefit from Munni Munni project development at EEE’s expense. ARV shareholders will still benefit.
What’s so bad about a free carry and a board seat? lol!
