The way I read it as long as HXG complete their obligations they will gain ownership of 49%. So IMHO this looks very positive with two parties now teaming up to advance RAPID SX REE strategy. Another vote of confidence and funding to boot further underwriting the current prototype build. HXG just have to make sure they meet their obligations. Unless I'm missing something, this has to be very positive news, but looking for ann. from HXG.
