I think the problem is SB thinks this is his private company which just happens to be listed on the ASX, and he has such a big stake in it that the board (if they wanted to, who knows?) can't do anything about it. SB has enough going on and is no doubt not short of a dollar, so is happy to let his pot of gold stay in the ground until he needs it.
He has to go, or at the very least we need to appoint a CEO above SB, lets not forget SB is the chairman, we don't have a CEO.
This is a tiny company.. I don't even know how many employees, i suspect Scott Hall is one of very few actual employees, and there's probably more board members.
