    Thanks again Egeria ...
Outlook for potash prices not so good due to subsidy cuts at the world’s largest importer last week : https://www.reuters.com/article/ind...h-subsidy-to-lowest-in-a-decade-idUSL3N2CA3CU
    - India cut subsidies by 9%....
... “Importers will obviously try to settle new contracts at lower level,” the official said.
India buys potash from global miners in annual contracts that the south Asian country could sign after May, industry officials said.
Contracts signed by India and China are considered benchmarks globally, and are closely watched by other potash buyers such as Malaysia and Indonesia....”

This move was predicted by Jeremy Raper on March 10 who felt the implications of current condition for K+S - which has not been doing so well of late are a “dire” disaster which “could wipe out remaining equity value.”
K+S Update: Is it about to get medieval in the potash market?

NB he disclosed his interest was shorting, but KSC does seem to be trading at very low levels although the website says it was expecting to do better this year
    https://www.kpluss.com/en-us/press/press-releases/Revenues-and-earnings-above-previous-year/

Still if it IS going to buy into the cap raising I expect it would be wanting shares to be VERY well priced?

    Cheers
