Goldman and sachs gave it a value on the 27th of march 2020, lets call that worst case Price target. In the short I use average PE on eps for a price target as a rough cut guide. Last year the eps was 17 cents 20% less = 13.6 cents and average PE =9 implies a reasonable target of $1.224 or future back to the 17 cents and beyond $1.53.
Most probably fair value is around here and then factor in growth.
