As far as the Japanese dragging their feet is concerned that behaviour is the outcome of what is an inability of middle management to make decisions or a fear to make decisions. Any suggestion that NET is attempting to sell their software to Japanese corporations is wishful thinking and just part of the spin and flawed promises that shareholders have been accustomed to hearing.
