I've wondered if the BOD could have someone with broad experience on medical device industry. I see the Medical Advisory Board has an impressive array of experienced luminaries in relevant fields but I don't quite understand its role compared with BOD which is not so diverse. The BOD represents the shareholders afterall. And although there are 2 large shareholders on the BOD, they are very close to co. Also, the BOD is not up-to-date on the website, as Mr Meng has not been added.
Does anyone have thoughts on this?
