I made a complaint to ASIC about Wolf’s breaches of the corporation act and am preparing a simple statement that they have not held AGM or financial statements. I only had a small amount of shares and this is more of a moral issue than a financial one to pursue what I hope will lead to people who have lost money get reimbursed and rules put in place to stop this happening again.
