You take action on the fact that the details of the capital transaction were denied to shareholders. That the deal was appalling and were released after action by ASX. It is pure and simple. Surely it is obvious after all these exchanges. The conclusion you must draw is that there are other deals which are also detrimental to shareholders lurking in the background.
