    if housing cant be any cheaper, than why did the price of a house + land increase by 300% between 1999 and 2005

    thats in 6 years..

    you cant blame that on inflation which was 3% P.A so whats stopping it going back?

    because it sounds like your trying to argue the point it cant be done, but it was..
