    Well it looks like the recent weakness from smc was due to whispers about a capitol raising, this must be the reason for the selloff from near 40 back to 21,, issue will be at 25 and not to the public, this news has bought the buyers back in a big way,, including all the germs who jumped my order at 22 this morning...
