    I can assure you that, on good authority, there will be no cheap take over! give it up mate. any take over will be based on merits of the project. insofar as your 'interpretation' of the announcement goes, the whole of the terms and conditions were not announced, so, I would not be jumping to conclusions. this is from someone who deals with contracts every single day. Unless it was overlooked, which I highly doubt, I am confident that it was factored into the Agreement.
