Thank you for your advice. I have since found that forms will be dispatched to eligible retail shareholders on 5/5/20 and we will have until 18/5/20 when offer closes. Your response is what I would have expected but got confused when I read that shareholders were expected to download on their computers or could apply for a hard copy from company. I have sent a message to DGR info to clarify but expect your response is correct.

Unfortunately, my average price is well above last trading price of 7.5c and whereas this 3.7 c offer for new shares will reduce that average, I need it go considerable higher to come out even. Would have loved the 160+% increase gained by SOLG and Cornerstone over the last week and then I would have been in at least some profit. I have been in DGR well before SOLG was created by management and even with averaging down over the years, last entry at around 11cents when BHP bought at 45p, only to see DGR's value drop to current lows. My bitch with Mather as been well documented. I am retired now and not sure how to pay for this entitlement issue. Like everyone else, this has come out of left field and wasn't expected. I will wait to see the outcomes from this capital raising and hope for the best. Regards.
