    I suspect that increasing the buyback from 10 to 30% may be to allow BNB to unlaod its 12% holding. BNB needs funds desperately but cant see that BBW does.

    Interesting that there has been no ASX ann regarding Enersis sale - would have though that was definately market sensitive.
