I think if you aren’t already eligible for rights issue, it’s going to be challenging to build a significant holding under 3 cents. It’s likely the rights issue will go to strong hands, by virtue of them being existing and committed shareholders, so the stock (with a fresh cash flow injection) will snap back to fair value like an overstretched rubber band.
I suspect we will see 5 cents once they confirm cash in the bank, and then quickly above 10 cents when they lock down a deal this year.
