Hi Caesius

As long as SOLG stays around 30p and while Cornerstone plus 150 USD funding is "imminent" I don't think we will go down near 4 cts unless NM wants it to happen and his affiliates will help him to that cause. Anyway he has underwritten the CR and I am certain that he would like to gobble up as many shs and options as possible. Enjoy the day.
