DGR are a resource company creator. Many don't like the model, but it ain't going to change.

The unlisted entities listed above are exactly that, unlisted. DGR will progress them to seed funding and eventual listing as they have done with a multitude of others.

They can/will spend the funds on whatever they see fit to spend them on.

SOLG is far to big for DGR to contribute to anymore. That is good and natural progression of a successful daughter company. What this raise does is show that DGR would prefer to raise capital from holders rather than sell SOLG scrip to fund their ongoing operations.
