Not sure why investors believe AKP will require a capital raise before they go into production. I would not expect AKP to commit to any commercial production until they have substantial firm orders from customers who have tested the product. Written orders from reputable companies like Sony, Apple, Samsung, LG, Daimler Benz, BMW etc are like gold and certainly bankable. I therefore cannot see a capital raise being necessary to fund the working capital required to commence commercial production.
I could be wrong but having seen how Fred has managed the register to date I cannot see him wanting further dilution at the final hurdle to revenue generation when there are potentially more eloquent solutions available.
