Stag the government certainly seems concerned with regard to rare metals and I totally agree. But I find it hard to believe that australian mining industry can progress alot without overseas investment,erelevant of where it comes from. I myself yesterday took up what I could afford of a rites issue in a minerals miner that needs funds and was knocked back on a Chinese proposal I hope a lot of aussies do the same.
