NCM raising AU$1.1bio (US$715m) and have US$1.4b cah in bank so total US$2.5b cash. Use of funds to purchase the Fruta del Norte Financing Facilities US$460m and to fund future growth options such as the construction of declines at Havieron and Red Chris which are still subject to approval. So they will have US$2b net to potentially put into SOLG finance/equity "growth option". Timing is everything...
