Raising money and staying alive in the meantime is the key choke point of any project.

I’ve seen fees as high as 25%
to raise this sort of cash, it all depends on market confidence in the BoD, contacts, perception of seed, mezzanine, cornerstone capital.

All the stuff you point out only gets you to the negotiation table, the reality is...
