ERM (not a DT, but thought I would mention it here for non DT)
2mill placement at a premium (14c) to NT Bullion + 5mill JV + Royalty

Give it until maximum May 11th, as the shares will be issued at 14c. Will expect some significant buying during the coming weeks. Same thing happened AZY, BSX etc. These companies had a placement at a significant premium, and SP was much lower compared to the premium price. However, during the week and especially after the shares were released at the premium price, SP was well north of the placement price. So I'm expecting a 80-100% return in less than a month's time.
