Significant opex blow out? - This is the first detailed study by a Tier1 engineering firm - Hatch - so its robust, whereas previous report in Dec 2018 was by Lilac.
Opportunities to lower opex further. Energy costs are higher due to remote location but have held conversations with solar providers on this.
Confidence on lithium price used? - very confident on price used. Last year, PFS/DFS released in argentina for brine projects used $11,800/t (NeoLithium), Lithium Americas $12,000/t, Advantage $12,500/t. Could get the pricing we used easily for 2 years time
Confidence on securing funding for large capex? - very confident on this. Yet, everything changed in Feb this year. Feb factor ... it changed everything on offtake, finance, credibility, interest levels. This will be the only producer of sustainable lithium
Will potential off takers move off this or do they need extra certainty from DFS - Offtakers will move once they receive the samples. Needed PFS and samples for qualification tests. Steve
