People reacting like the sky is falling. Now J Davies made her decision, I'm looking forward to seeing the SOR, or whatever they release that's not suppressed. I agree with others that if only performance shares are in question and ISX blow the bottom line defending them, then yeah, it is personal and not in SH interests. If they accept the decision and move on with the proceedings in reference to the SOC which is all about testing procedural fairness, then ISX might get somewhere and maintain SH support.
