Bottom line here this deal only benefits the biggest holder in XCD has 20.6 Million shares if this deal gets up, unbelievably this holder ends up with almost 15 Million FREE 88E shares, TOTAL shares added to holding in 88 will we another 35 million shares which reduces his overall losses while we absorb them. Absolute BS imo. Just imagine the bonus size for this unbelievable deal and who does this again benefit, while the rest of us are on huge losses, a huge chunk of our register sold out on massive losses because of constant failures. This deal just adds to the list. But hey Bill our MD keeps going forward.

Would this deal be offered by 88 if they didn't own shares? If they were totally transparent imo they would have sold out prior to this offer. TO panel will see this the same as me and the majority on this forum Bill, tired of waiting.

Bill unlike you the XCD pumping 1.6BB is absolute nonsense and just watch there board who will fully recommend this deal to their SH's as they know as all the other tier 1 coys in Alaska believe it's nothing but a waste of money and absolutely no oil at all will ever flow imo.
