well back in those days digital platforms weren't at its peak as it is now...digital transformation can crush business due to the companies ignorance on cases like refunds and cancellation, take a look and google flight centre on facebook and the like, the customers are your income and right now they aint liking you...GOOD Luck its a old business model bricks and mortar
