Lash I reckon the GLE deal at Paducah is a goer, why in the hell would the DOE and NEI even be talking about it, and it may not be just for the enrichment of the tails but possibly a full blown HALEU plant, it won't be Silex driving the deal it will be Cameco.
Centrus have been allocated 25% of the commercial market, that leaves 75% of the US commercial market and all of the US component of the international sales in the future, Centrus could not compete with the Russians and the Chinese state subsidized sales with a workforce that is lowly paid and also somewhere safety etc wold be far less of a consideration, there is only one technology that will be able to compete with them I believe?
