I would say if anything day traders have increased since consolidation... not that it’s a bad thing. I bought another parcel today, yes I know I’m stupid because I was too scared to buy up when prices tanked lol but the latest quarterly instilled a lot of faith in me that this is still getting built despite covid 19. I’m absolutely kicking myself I never bought anything sub 4c!!!!
