I wouldnt be suprised if NTU paid all of it toward debt. Its net outcome is much the same.Right?
Andys issue is he claims that NTU is in threat of not receiving monies now, for almost two years. Every post is much of the same. My argument however has been the monies could equally be expected to arrive as required. Much as it has done for over a decade now. Whats happened in these entire two years is I have been correct and in this announcement we see another 9 million has continued to arrive in much the same way as I suggested it would..
Now I wouldnt be surprised if the remaining 6 mill goes toward debt too. But none the less as we all know. The net outcome remains the same and this is something Andy struggles with.
In an attempt to justify failure. One can say, chose a word and claim a petty resolve. But in the end it offers nothing bar the effort of desperation for all to see.
