Read the summary on the release today. This was part of the Constitution in 2002, expired after 3 years (2005) and has therefore lapsed.
In other words its nothing new and pre-dates CRG.
Does it now relate to CRG - Don't know.
You really need to read the explanation part of this announcement, which I think I understand???
Mr Fabulous summed it up I think?
If a company is taken over they will only buy a portion of our shares e.g.25% or whatever the takeover % is.
Don't take this as fact and if someone has a better or more accurate explanation let us all know.
