I followed the conversation on the thread 4C and believe Dr West explained it to you with his response which is below that I have copied and pasted.



WE ... as the financial report says there are two tranches of funds in the kitty. Have a close look at sections 7.5 and 8 and explanation notes and it is clear. I suspect that part of the confusion with reading and understanding the report is that it is a new format that has been adopted by ASX and is a lot more complex than the ones used by companies for reporting in previous quarters.
