Its all relative. Compared to last year, or last quarter, things are very bad. But to me this is a great result as, amongst other things, tenants are still generally paying rent and URW seems to have the cash to see it through the crisis. in addition there are hints that some of its centres are opening up, and URW seems to be handling things in a community responsible way.
Obviously time will tell the damage from reduced rents, costs associated with extra cleaning etc etc etc - but I agree with JCoure its good news.
