I still havent seen any significant drops anywhere in Adelaide, Melbourne, or the Gold Coast.


Please can someone show me where these 40/50% drops are?

I keep hearing its coming its coming but where?

Now to top it off...... I hear we shouldnt look at history to guide us into the future....... so in that case, how do u know property prices are dear....compared to what?

People seem to think that evryone in property invstment bought in the last 12 months only.
