Found this article with reference to your post. Obviously the factory is under construction. Not sure of the time frame, but won't be completed for another couple of years which goes with AJM stage 2 expansion plans...So my guess is SPOD from stage 2 will be reserved for Shanshan. Someone clever here may be able to work out approximately the amount of SPOD they may need to meet the above forecast...
