Declaring a dividend and then not paying it wouldn't happen very often and I guess only in extremis.

My reading is that BEC isn't in extremis, although the fall in the sp might make one think otherwise.

You're right about institutional selling. If the shares are relisted, I think institutions will continue to sell down, so if there's a bounce straight away this might be a good opportunity to get out.

I've always been a 'value' investor and thought I saw value here just under $1. Shows how wrong you can be!
