There's still risk. Look at the research. Honestly evidence based medicine is a thing, the literature is out there.
I'm not saying this won't work. I'm attempting to combat misinformation, not for the fervent people burying their heads in the sand but for the quiet lurkers considering buying but not understanding the risk.
MSCs could be the next huge thing. But it's not there yet, so there's risk involved.
Simple as that.
