I will vote no at this stage, but the biggest threat to this company is if the resolutions to be put to the vote at the AGM, requiring the ratification of approvals for YA Global etc. if they are voted against, then the company is in big trouble - this is when it will fold.
I urge all shareholders to give this issue your highest priority and vote for acceptance, either by attending the AGM or fill in your proxy vote and mail it off. Don't waste your vote,
