where are the sales

Does anyone know where the sales are? Reviewing their announcements back to Feb 2003, only announced sale is recent EU job for few hundred thou. Some income from the UK consulting company but that is making losses anyhow (so why buy them? just pay them for services instead). Is it time shaeholders called time and got some sort of independent assessment of whether the technology is able to be commercialised. It is obviously good technology, but how do we find out if it is commercial. Current management have no interest in blowing the whistle when there is so much money in the bank to pay them their big salaries.
