I see Verifone subsequently tried to lowball. If I was SMP, I'd tell them the price has just gone up given the resilience during COVID.
From my conversations, ACCC and FIRB processes are in train. With FIRB reviewing every transaction now, it will no doubt slow the process but there weren't a lot of deals in the pipeline.
