They are about as material as can ever be for 2 reasons

If a contract is to move the forward reporting revenue more than 10% of the previous reporting period it's deemed material
The previous reported rev was $1.1m so all contracts above IMO meet this requirement

The second, they (contracts) had a material impact on the share numbers, as they enabled the performance share targets to be met which then added 333m new share script which has a material impact on the company and its current shareholders
