I don't think they've shown that they don't need to raise capital.
There is a bit of spin in the announcement, for example, "a spread of debt maturities out to December 2023". How about they tell us what their maturities are in 2020 and 2021 which is the important information and what most other companies are disclosing? Also, if they were cutting costs as hard as they suggest, I think they could put the contact details of an APE employee at the end of the announcement and not a consulting firm.
I think your assumption that the share price will go down with a capital raise might be wrong. If they strengthened the balance sheet, I think the market would like it.
