That's the problem with many of these dreamy projects. IF they do ever manage to generate sales, by the time this happens many years into the future, shareholders are so diluted that there usually isn't any value in the stock at those prices in the future.

In your experience, what percentage of dilution have you seen, or find acceptable, for an exploration company who goes through to becoming a mining company? What benchmark would you use as a fair comparison to judge AVZ against?
