Interestingly, The Parent Index (XJO) and many of the individual sectors have all challenged their weekly breakout lines this week, and then appear to have failed. The response next week will be quite important, as the markets now (finally) have an opportunity to come back and test the strength of various previous support levels below. Remember the depth and duration of any pull back will give the opportunity to judge the underlying strength (or weakness) in the market.
