Speaking to one of the major holders at EMR, the biggest two hurdles in achieving the environmental approval was hydrology issues and waste salt management. Even if the announced salt sales are at a nil profit after cost it is very beneficial to export one of the main issues. I don't think the market has realised how positive this is yet.
