HI Bullswood,
I bought the shares ex-IPO without warning flashing that this share has a legal liability of $2 .
I have no idea that I have bought a liability of $1 comes April 2009 froma free ASX market.

It is my view that a class action should be looked if one is relied on information provided at the time of transaction and I do not believe a legal case can mounted for recovery of contributing money if there is no signed documents confirming the amount owed by the shareholder.

Interesting ? I have not come across a share where the company pursues its shareholders for non paynment of partial paid shares.
