pretty well sums it all up.
I would not hold hopes on FH settling with ANZ on the preferences prior to trial though.
I see parallel and multiple cases proceeding now.
ANZ has shown its hand...it does not want to settle...they believe they have a 'strong legal case'.
So off to the courts with this lot.
My recommendation therefore is to let go and let the lawyers do their job now.
