The problem with the company is that the cash bleed in the last few years has been horrific, even allowing for the fact that $20mil of it was for the new press.
The result - $100m debt and breach of covenants.
I'm not saying that they can't wriggle through, or the shares go up in the future. But it's a huge burden to be saddled with.
Also, COVID is another huge kick in the teeth to the print industry.
